Thank you for choosing Sun Burst Coffee for your coffee needs. We want to ensure you have a smooth and delightful experience from the moment you place your order to the arrival of your freshly roasted coffee. Here is our basic shipping policy:
Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping Rates:
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination.
- Free shipping is available on orders over specified amounts applicable after any discounts.
- Alaska & Hawaii have shipping surcharges and do not qualify for all shipping discounts.
Shipping Methods:
- We currently offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options through UPS and some may be fulfilled by USPS via UPS.
- Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 days to reach you. Some rural locations may take longer.
- Expedited shipping options may be available for faster delivery. Please call Order Support directly.
Shipping Destinations:
- We currently ship within the US. We are looking for new options for Canada only.
International Shipping:
- We currently are not shipping international orders.
Delivery Times:
- Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping methods available shipping from Texas.
- While we strive to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding.
Order Tracking:
- You will receive a tracking number in your confirmation email to monitor the progress of your shipment. If you did not receive please call Order Support with your order number.
Lost or Damaged Items:
- In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
